FOR CANOEING  - MUST BE A BSA CERTIFIED SWIMMER, MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE FRONT ROYAL CANOE COMPANY'S CONTRACT, WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM (follow link), BRING PLENTY OF SUNSCREEN & BRING CLOTHES AND CLOSED TOE FOOTWEAR THAT CAN GET WET

FOR CAMPERS -  IF YOU ARE NOT CANOEING YOU WILL BE WORKING ON ADVANCEMENTS, BE SURE TO BRING YOUR BOOK.
